I provide gender-affirming care assessments and referral letters for transgender and non-binary adults for the purpose of hormones or surgery. I have been writing these letters for over 8 years and have developed a relationship with KU’s Gender Diversity Clinic in order to provide the exact information they need. This service is available to adults age 18+. Assessments are provided via telehealth using a HIPPA-compliant online portal for Missouri residents or in-person at my Kansas City location for Kansas residents.

Transgender Youth

Puberty Blockers, hormones, and surgeries are not currently available for transgender youth under the age of 18 in the state of Missouri. For families with transgender youth, I provide consultation, recommendations for social transitioning, and referrals for medical interventions that are not considered gender-affirming care in the state of Missouri.
